Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using 3amgut.com or purchasing any product from 3AMGUT. By accessing or using our Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products & Orders

All products sold on 3amgut.com are dietary supplements intended to support general wellness. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Results may vary. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medication.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or product unavailability. If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund.

3. Subscription & Recurring Billing

3.1 How Subscriptions Work

• When you enroll in a subscription, you will be charged the subscription price on your first order date and then automatically charged on each subsequent renewal date (monthly, bi-monthly, or as displayed at checkout)
• Your subscription will continue and automatically renew until you cancel
• You will receive an email notification before each renewal charge
• The subscription price displayed at checkout is your recurring price unless we notify you of a price change

3.2 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will notify you by email at least 7 days before any price change takes effect. Your continued use of the subscription after the price change constitutes your acceptance of the new price. If you do not agree to the price change, you must cancel before the new price takes effect.

3.3 How to Cancel Your Subscription

• Log into your account at 3amgut.com and navigate to "Manage Subscription," or
• Email us at support@3amgut.com with the subject line "Cancel Subscription"

Cancellation requests must be received at least 48 hours before your next scheduled renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period, except as provided in our Refund Policy.

3.4 Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails, we may attempt to retry the charge. If the charge continues to fail, your subscription may be paused or cancelled. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is up to date.

3.5 Skipping or Pausing

Depending on your account options, you may be able to skip or pause a subscription order. Contact us at support@3amgut.com if you need to adjust your schedule.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required by law.

We accept major credit and debit cards and any other payment methods displayed at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method.

For subscriptions, you authorize us to store your payment information securely with our payment processor and to charge it automatically on your renewal dates.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in Natrona County, Wyoming.

YOU AGREE TO WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
