Refund policy


1. One-Time Purchase Refunds

If you purchased 3AMGUT as a one-time (non-subscription) order:

  • You are eligible for a full refund if you contact us within 30 days of the delivery date
  • You do not need to return the product — we do not require you to ship anything back
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval
  • This guarantee applies to your first order only per household

2. Subscription Refunds

For customers enrolled in a recurring subscription:

First subscription order Eligible for full refund within 30 days of delivery — our standard money-back guarantee applies
Renewal orders (2nd order and beyond) Eligible for refund if cancellation was requested at least 48 hours before the renewal date and the charge was still processed. Contact us within 7 days of the charge.
Renewal orders you forgot to cancel We handle these on a case-by-case basis. Contact us as soon as possible — we are reasonable. Refunds on renewals that have already shipped are at our discretion.
Charge after cancellation confirmation If you were charged after receiving a cancellation confirmation from us, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact us immediately with your cancellation confirmation.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact our support team:

  • Email: support@3amgut.com
  • Subject line: "Refund Request — Order #[your order number]"
  • Include: Your full name, email address used at checkout, order number, and a brief description of your reason (optional — we don't require an explanation for first-order refunds)

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 1–2 business days.


4. Refund Processing Times

Once your refund is approved:

  • Credit and debit card refunds: 5–10 business days to appear on your statement (depending on your bank)
  • PayPal or other processors: typically 3–5 business days
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed on our end

5. Situations Not Eligible for Refund

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Second or subsequent one-time orders (the 30-day guarantee applies to first orders only)
  • Subscription renewal orders where the product has been delivered and consumed in full
  • Orders where refund was already previously issued
  • Claims submitted more than 30 days after delivery (for first orders) or more than 7 days after the renewal charge (for subscriptions)
  • Orders where the package was undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected abuse of our refund policy (e.g., repeated refund requests across multiple accounts).


6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received a damaged product or the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Include a photo of the damaged or incorrect item
  • We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, at your preference
  • You do not need to return the damaged item

7. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package:

  • Check with neighbors and building management first
  • Contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date
  • We will investigate with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, reship or refund at our discretion

We are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before placing your order.


8. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved quickly by our support team. Initiating an unwarranted chargeback may result in your account being flagged and future orders being refused.
