How do I cancel my subscription?
Email us at support@3amgut.com with the subject "Cancel Subscription" and your order number. We'll cancel it immediately. Cancellation requests must arrive at least 48 hours before your next renewal date to avoid the next charge.
I was charged but I wanted to cancel โ what do I do?
Contact us as soon as possible at support@3amgut.com. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel and refund it. If it has shipped, check our Refund Policy โ we handle these case by case and we're reasonable.
What's your money-back guarantee?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first order โ no return required. If 3AMGUT isn't working for you, just email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked.
My package hasn't arrived โ what now?
Check your tracking link first. If the carrier shows delivery but you haven't received it, check with neighbors and your building. Still missing? Contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll reship or refund.
Can I pause my subscription instead of cancelling?
